Our Craft

All Skylark Soapery products are handmade in small batches using carefully chosen ingredients. As a result, each bar may vary slightly in colour, texture, or finish — a natural part of the handmade process.

Product descriptions and images are provided as a guide and may vary slightly from the final product.

Skin & Care

Our soaps are created for external use only. Every skin is unique, so we recommend reviewing ingredients carefully and performing a patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Skylark Soapery cannot be held responsible for individual skin sensitivities or reactions.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Orders are processed once payment has been received in full. Prices may change without notice.

Orders & Delivery

All orders are subject to availability. We aim to dispatch orders promptly; delivery times are estimates only. Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside our control, though we're always happy to assist where possible.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of soap, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. All refunds or replacements are provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
